I am a skilled Administrative and Leadership Professional with 20 Years' Experience in a variety of areas.

Why did I start this business? I wanted out of the office; I wanted to work from wherever I was; I wanted out of rushing to get to work by 8:30 and I wanted out of waiting for the clock to hit 4:30, but I also wanted to help people.

​I realized that my skills and experience can be of service to other small business owners because I know that often small business owners are trying to do everything themselves, and while I can respect that, I also know that the thing we don't want to do, will be the last task we will often tackle and we often do it with resistance. 

​The fact is that not everyone has the skills that I do. Nor do they want to. 

​Some interesting facts about as they relate to my business:

  • I love spreadsheets!

  • I like to be creative and design in Canva Pro

  • I am organized and like to help others be more organized

  • I am not an introvert

  • I consider myself a Heart-Centred Virtual Assistant

Some interesting things about me personally:

  • I have two big Bernadoodles - Monte and Logan (and a new adopted Pup Aza)

  • I am proud to be a member of the LGBTQ2S+ community

  • I love live standup comedy and live theatre

  • I like to support charities and fundraise - I support our local Alzheimer Society, Humane Society and others.

  • I often travel to Aruba because “Once you go, you know”. While there we like to give back by bringing donations for animal rescues and volunteering there if we can.

  • I have been involved with the youth program Katimavik and it certainly helped get me to be the person I am today!

  • I am a fan of Brené Brown. Highly recommend her podcast, books, Netflix shows and YouTube videos.
